Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our skincare items have a shelf life of 3 years, unopened. You do not need to refrigerate them; just store them in a cool, dark place and away from direct heat or light. Once opened, the products are best used within 6 months.
All of our products are dermatologically tested; however, every skin is unique. It is recommended to do the patch test: put a little product behind the ear and make sure your skin does not react. If everything goes well, you can apply it to your face and neck.
